Junior Programme Manager, Toronto, Canada
- Negotiate project deliverables, timelines, methodologies, and required resources from various teams
- Project budget viz-a-viz actual cost
- Manage and coordinate all impacted groups involved in the project(s) in order to meet, and surpass, the objectives related to schedule, quality and cost.
- Responsible to track all project risks and define mitigation strategies
- To manage Change Control Requests
- Manage communications internal/external to project team (ie: Business SME's, developers (vendors), sponsors), which would include providing regular status reports (and other ad hoc presentations) to various levels of management
- Manage issue resolution with project team, sponsor, other functional areas
- Manage vendor(s) and contracted deliverables, plan and manage deliverable deployments
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities with little direct supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have managed 4-5 web portal development projects/programs preferably on .NET
- Well versed with Global Delivery Paradigm - as handled onshore-offshore and multivendor environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
