Job Description:
Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Are you a multitasker? Are you able to deal with people on all levels of the hierarchy? Are you solid as a rock when youre juggling a lot of projects in parallel to daily business activities?
Were looking for someone like that who can provide business-related services and support our team to achieve best in class delivery of operations services and financial performance:
Support the team on day-to-day matters and key projects and initiatives
Support the hiring process for the region and where necessary improve
Organize and coordinate various meetings and workshops for the service delivery CH/EMEA
Your team:
You'll be working in the business management team of the service delivery for CH/EMEA in Zürich.
You are working in a collaborative manner every day to leverage the collective capability of other regions or service aligned Business Managers and of various support functions.
You have:
a university degree
experience in a role like this
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
proven track record in working independent and under pressure
You are:
an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels on very different topics
an all-rounder, a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in business management/management support
incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
fluent in English & German
