JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - COVENTRY

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in Coventry as a Junior Product Manager.

The role holder will be required to:

- To manage the back book products and to evolve this proposition from one of complex and relatively high risk process complexity to simple, transparent and instant products which are fully in line with current and future regulatory requirements.
- To update all customer and colleague communications and reference points to ensure accurate information is portrayed in a customer friendly way on all colleague and customer sites/communications.
- To create robust on-going processes which ensure as new change evolves these are appropriately picked up in all areas.
- To respond and deliver solutions to regulatory and product requirements which are simple and robust for today and the future and ensure that no products processes create customer detriment or organisational risk.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Education & Experience
- University degree (Class 2:1 or equivalent)
- Product pricing experience
- Corporate products knowledge - preferably lending products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical skills
