Junior PMO/Project Manager - Telecoms

My client seek an experienced PMO to join their existing team for a 3-6 month contract role, likely to be extended beyond this to be based in the Netherlands - Limburg area.

The ideal candidate will have PMO experience in the telecommunications industry - paying up to €350 per day.

Main Responsibilities:
*To support the transition phase of a major business transformation project
*Work with my client's teams to assist delivering business and technical solutions to client satisfaction.
*Monitor and Track progress of project activities against plan including dependency, scope and risk and issue management
*Monitor and direct others to comply with company initiatives and processes.

Must Have Skills:
*Extensive PMO experience on IT projects, ideally within a telecommunications company, working on system implementation and integrations projects
*Candidates will have experience of project management office tasks and methodology:-
o Project planning and monitoring using MS Project
o Document management, maintaining the risk and issue log, P&L, reports
o Assist with Service Level definitions (populate definition templates, follow up etc.)
o SLA related information research (processes, data reports and analysis, data source research etc.)
o Setup Service Level reporting templates (Excel, including calculations etc.)
o Training - Assist with creating training materials, schedule training sessions etc.
*Strong customer facing skills
