For our Pharmaceutical client in Basel, we are seeking a Junior Project Assistant (Offshore Delivery Center) with experience working with offshore partners and especially with tools like DSMT, HPSM
Job title: Junior Project Assistant (Offshore Delivery Center)
Location: Basel
YOUR ROLE:
Support with tasks associated with set up and operational activities with Offshore Delivery Centers. As a Junior Project Assistant you will Review/Update Documentation for ODC's.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree
- Project Management experience
- 2-3 years of project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
- Global, Virtual projects
- MS Office, Google Suite
- experience with working with Offshore partners, with infrastructure and security topics, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Former use of Tools like DSMT, HPSM
This position will be 100% onsite in Basel, there will not be a remote option.
An extension might be possible, but would need to be approved.
We welcome applications of consultants' who match most of the above requirements and are available on a short notice. There is a competitive Hourly rate available for the contract; alternative market rates are also welcome.
