JUNIOR PMO - GERMAN SPEAKING - BANKING - LONDON

My Client are an Investment Bank in London and have a brand new requisition for a Junior PMO Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with running a dynamically changing team of around 60 people who themselves are located in multiple sites globally and are involved in multiple projects throughout the year. Candidate will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers and functional leads within the Murex Delivery Management (DM) Unit.

MUST SPEAK GERMAN

TYPICAL FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE:

- Extensive use of SAP (WBS/Project Builder) & Excel to manage, forecast and budget project funds .
- Facilitating commentary with senior management and stake holders in London and Frankfurt on a weekly basis to provide actual/forecasted figures on budget and provide commentry on project risks/issues/dependences.
- Maintain project budget/forecasting sheets in collaboration with wider team and provide useful MI on an adhoc basis.
- Manage workflow of contracts( T&M & SWI)/agreements in London and Frankfurt and facilitate the on boarding/off boarding of resources
- Facilitate recurring project processes eg status reporting, issue tracking, change requests,PAT approvals, monthly project reviews and TFS application changes.
- Maintaining/creation and management of project documentation (eg minutes, plans, documentation and presentations) at the request of the PMs.
