We are looking for a Junior PMO for a mission of 18 months in Brussels, for a very well-known company. The Junior PMO will be involved on a big project by giving communication/administrative support.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 18 months with possible extension

Location: Brussels

Mission description:

- Administrative support on the project
- Set up and update of the documentation
- Taking the meeting-minutes and follow-up
- Mailboxes management
- Meetings organization
- Updates on the SharePoint platform
- Set up of documents, newsletters, information session…

Profile:

- Experience on IT projects
- Deep knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint is an asset
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and who can work in autonomy
