Junior PMO

For our client, a globally operating bank, we are looking for aJunior PMO

for a 12 months' assignment

YOUR ROLE

Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to solve problems?

We are looking for someone like that who can help us:

- find and implement solutions
- support project management tasks
- analyze portfolio financials
- ensure proper governance of procedures and reporting
- analyze and evaluate business management processes
- support implementation of a new portfolio management tool

YOUR TEAM

You'll be working in the Group Asset and Liability (GALM) IT Account Management team in Zurich. The team manages the GALM IT Portfolio and works with IT Program and Business leads to ensure proper program and project governance. You'll be working in a diverse global team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

YOU HAVE:

- a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
- business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

YOU ARE:

- an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- fluent in English
