Junior PMO (Project Management Office)

Function:

Assist the PMO Officer in different PMO tasks:

* Project schedulingbudget simulation and controlling,
* Risk Register follow-up,
* Action plan,
* Document management & governance,
* Resources management and reporting.

Skills:

* Scheduling: Expert in MS Project, can compare Baseline, progress tracking, WBS detailing, contractors schedule integration, completion follow-up.
* Risk Management: Can perform a qualitative and quantitative risico analyse (probability, impact,...), mitigation plan definition and follow-up
* Budget Management: able to perform budget estimation & review for large projects with a lot of interfaces, budget controlling and budget simulation (Monte carlo simulation)
* Document Management: have implemented a document management governance and have it applied through a multifunctional team
* Asset: knowledge of SAP tool, experience in large infrastructure project, knowledge of earned value analysis, PMI certification
* Languages: FR/NL/ENG
