Junior Operations Officer 100% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Operate in Back Office Operations systems
- Responsibility for the validation and confirmation of all the bank’s trades
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of confirmations, settlements and payments
- Resolve exceptions for all non-standard and complex operations for bonds, money market, FX and derivatives instruments
- Create, check and maintain instrument definitions in the trading system
- Investigate and resolve confirmation mismatches and settlement failures together with front office, custodians and customers
- Involved in the settlement instructions maintenance process

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Banking diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of banking instruments, market practice and new initiatives in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats
- Knowledge of Bloomberg information systems
- Flexibility to cope with a variety of tasks, cooperative, good team player
- Ability to communicate clearly and promptly
- Fluency in English required
- Knowledge of German, Italian or French desirable
