FINXL is an fast growing Professional Services company that been around since 2007. The Junior Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications for Real Time publishing systems.  You will work in an agile-based environment building and implementating changes to the Data Collection systems.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Update Data in an Oracle Database via existing database Scripts
- Creation and Execution of existing Batch Scripts - reviewing output
- Diagnosing source of encountered Error - includes reviewing XSL Scripts

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with XML, XSL, XSD, XBRL, SQL and good understanding of basic .net
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience preferred 
- High attention to detail on projects completed
- Self-starter with initiative to accomplish tasks as an individual but also enjoys working on teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
