For our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a JUNIOR IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST with excellent technical skills for analysing and troubleshooting problems in a complex pharmaceutical environment.

This is a challenging contracting position starting beginning of MAY until the END OF YEAR 2016.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

You, as a Junior IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring IT support either by phone or chat for incidents related to all types of computers, video, conferencing & collaboration tools as well as mobile devices. Furthermore, you will be in charge of investigating, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition, you as a junior IT support specialist will follow the ITIL processes.

At least, you will act as a consultant ie gives trainings/workshops in all related question Executives may have and manage the third party if necessary.

TO BE THE BEST AT THIS ROLE, IT WOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent technical skills for ANALYSING AND TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS within a global & pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with at least one ticket tool (such as HPSM)
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the operating systems (eg. WINDOWS 7, MAC ) and with the MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE as well as the complete GOOGLE SUITE
- Good knowledge of supporting mobile solutions (IOS BASED)
- Capability to PROVIDE TRAININGS FOR END USERS
- Passion for working in a diverse team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in GERMAN AND ENGLISH
- High customer focused behavior
- CONSULTANCY SKILLS
- Good Training skills is considered as an advantage
