Junior IT Support Officer

A great opportunity has become available for a junior Technology Support Officer located at Willoughby.

The successful applicant will be tasked with providing technical and systems assistance for IT hardware and other related equipment.

We are ideally seeking candidates who have just finished their studies in IT.

The Role:

- Checking of hardware and equipment, reporting faults, organising replacements as required
- Manage a database with regards to equipment information
- Ongoing technical support for hardware and software as required
- Uploading software for user devices
- Extensive liaison with colleagues and managers in different locations

Your Background:

- LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE
- RECENTLY FINISHED STUDIES
- Customer service/retail experience
- DEMONSTRATED PROBLEM SOLVING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- HIGH LEVEL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to take direction
