IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Lead responses to customer issues and manage escalations in IT incidents, problems, changes requests and projects
-Make sure that the Change Management processes are applied
-Coordinate and track implementation of IT changes required by our Business
-Monitor and provide rules to improve performance of outsourced support activities
-Negotiate, agree and maintain Service Level Agreements with business partner, suppliers and customers
-Analyse, report and review service performance with Country Management and Regional IT
-Ensure that the IT services meet users needs
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-IT education and experience with a focus on IT Service Management and/or IT Project management
-Successful IT development background as a first experience is an advantage
-ITIL certification or similar
-Managing and performing financial and administrative processes and tasks
-Experience in working in a multinational environment
-Very good English language skills required and German language skills preferred
