A large telecoms carrier based in Brussels are searching for an Junior IT Help Desk Support Engineer to install and support PC's (software/hardware), printers, scanners, VoIP phones, Mobile phones, tablets and Blackberry. As the Junior IT Help Desk Support Engineer you will resolve technical hardware/software and infrastructure issues following standard help desk procedures. We are searching for an Junior IT Help Desk Support Engineer with a degree in IT OR 18 months practical experience.
Essential Skills:
- IT help desk experience
- ability to install and support PC's (software/hardware), printers, scanners, VoIP phones, Mobile phones, tablets and Blackberry
- Good customer service orientation
- Knowledge of MS-Windows 7 and Windows 8, Lync, OneNote, MS Office 2010, other basic IT applications
- Open for flexible working hours and potentially for short missions abroad
