JUNIOR IT HELP DESK PROFESSIONAL, BASEL - (GERMAN/ENGLISH) - PHARMA
Are you a Junior IT Help Desk with a background in IT and ready for your next career step?
If so, I invite you to see the following information regarding the challenging role we can offer you:
Experis IT is looking for a JUNIOR IT HELP DESK for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players with HQ in Basel.
This is a 7 months contracting position starting from June until the end of the year with the option of an extension.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
In this role, you as a Junior IT help desk will be part of a cross functional team. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring IT support either onsite by phone or chat for incidents related to all type of computers, video conferencing & collaboration tools as well as mobile devices. Furthermore, you as a junior IT Help Desk professional will make investigations, troubleshooting and resolve reported incidents in a timely and efficient manner. In this exciting project, you will work by adhering to the ITIL processes. At least, you as a dynamic and motivated candidate, you will act as a consultant (ie give trainings/workshops etc.) in all IT related question executives may have and manages as well the third party if necessary.
TO BE THE BEST AT THIS ROLE, IT WOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent technical skills for ANALYSING and TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS in a COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT
- Experience with at least one ticketing tool
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the common OPERATING WINDOWS (Windows 7, MAC etc.), the MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE and the complete GOOGLE SUITE such as the MOBILE SOLUTIONS (IOS BASED)
- Capability to provide trainings for end users
- Passion for working in a diverse team
- Strong communication skills in GERMAN and ENGLISH
- High customer focused behavior
- Consultancy skills
- Experience in a similar global IT environment will be highly appreciated
- Training skills are considering as an advantage
