Junior Infrastructure Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE:

My client in East Flanders is seeking external strengthening of their infrastructure team.

The Junior Infrastructure Consultants tasks are

- Deployment of .NET Applications
- Management of the application portfolio
- Application support teams
- Printing support (backup)

The technology used is Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2003. It will be switched to Windows Server 2012 R2.

KEY SKILLS:

- Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft clustering technology (NLB and WSFC)
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS versions 6 and 7.5
- Knowledge of printing and print driver support
- Dutch speaking

ADVANTAGES:

- Understanding concepts such as WINS/DNS/DHCP/DFS
- MCSA and/or MCSE qualified
- .NET programming and WCF
- Knowledge of TFS and Systems Centre Configuration Manager
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Microsoft SQL Server, SAN storage
- English speaking
- ITIL Foundation
