eCRM Euro are looking for a Junior Incident Management Support for one of our clients based in Amsterdam.Degree in computer science or comparable education/experience required
Should gain 3+ years of experience in Incident Management
Required overall eyeball on ITIL V3 processes
Able to handle incident escalations and reports management
Around 5 years of experience in NOC operations and preferably ICT experience
Expertise to identify key areas of improvement to reduce the number of incidents in the domain
Presentation skills to present monthly reports on incident management, improvements required and future plans to the management

Track record in delivering deliverables on time inline to quality and budget Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and good knowledge on Dutch language preferred
Good communication, behavior and customer centric skills should possess
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, MSWord and Powerpoint
