Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Switzerland, is now looking for a JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST.
This is a contractual role starting in July until December 2018.
Location: Canton of Zug
Responsibilities:
- General day to day administrative support & coordination to HR leaders, as well as have the opportunity to take ownership on key HR projects
-Administrative support (calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, organize meetings)
- HR Project & Program support (preparation, planning, communication, implementation and delivery of HR programs across the HR teams)
- HR Reporting (especially monthlya Master's degree specialized on Human Resources is a plus
- Maximum 1 year of experience in HR area
- Confident user of Microsoft packages
- Proactive and dynamic team player with a proven can-do attitude
