Projektbeschreibung
Our client is a PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY and is looking for a JUNIOR HR ANALYST to to take part to a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROJECT. The JUNIOR HR DATA ANALYST will work at our client for at least 3 months.
The Junior HR Analyst:
- will support the R&D implementation team and its partners (eg HR and Finance) in building and maintaining a comprehensive HEADCOUNT AND CONTIGENT DATABASE allowing to perform the changes to the organization planned in the coming months
- will also be the primary source for any reports or analysis requested on this dataset.
- build and maintain the HR and contigent database (in Excel) with input from different stakeholders
- Perform quality check and guard
- Extract reports and analysis (org charts, group lists, geography distribution, ...)
- Interface with HR for transfer of information
The Junior HR Analyst is/has:
- PREVIOUS (JUNIOR) ANALYST EXPERIENCE of multi-national projects
- Experience in an HR OR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT environment is a plus
- Database maintenance (Excel)
- Data analysis and reporting
- Project management
- Proficient in English
- Sense of details
- Well organised and able to deal with ambiguity
- Resilient and tenacious, able to drive to results despite complexity
- Strong relationship building skills
- Organized with a natural strengths for execution
- Problem solver, solution oriented.
- Ability to function in a global (and virtual) team.
- Reliable and with high respect of confidentiality
The Junior HR Analyst:
