For this position the Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer will be required to provide support to users via telephone and email including basic call logging and password resets. For this role you will need a good telephone manner with any experience within an IT environment supporting users being highly beneficial.
This role is to start ASAP and will pay up to £9.50 + HP (PAYE) or £11.50 per hour (Ltd/umbrella) Dependent on previous experience.
