Junior Helpdesk Analyst

Proteus Europe are urgently seeking a Junior Helpdesk Analyst to join a multi national client based in the beautiful city of Paris . You will be joining on a 9 month contract with a strong possibility of the contract being extended.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolution of user requests
Records of applications in the tool tickets
Escalation to the outsourcer and monitoring of the resolution
Propose improvements to the service and for users

Windows 7
Windows Server 2008+
Active Directory 2008+
Exchange 2010
Forefront Protection for Exchange
WDS
WSUS
Terminals and Blackberry enterprise server
4TRESS AAA
Bit locker encryption
Experience of working in an International Environment
MS Certifications
A University degree (BSc) in computer science or engineering

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Working knowledge of Linux
The ability to write coherent documents to a high standard
