I am looking for a Business Junior helpdesk:
- You will provide technical and functional support on the installation and use of the security system and applications.
- You will answer the calls and handles independently
- You register each call in the appropriate tool
- You work in accordance with the objectives (client orientation, accessibility, solution-oriented)
- Business Helpdesk Junior
- French and Dutch (Bilingual)
- German is a +
- At least 1 year experience as an Helpdesk support
1 year opportunity contract!
