Were currently seeking to expand our Boston team with the very best trainee consultants.
We are seeking a highly ambitious individual to join our rigorous training scheme. The scheme will develop you into a recruitment consultant capable of working in our results-driven sales environment. This environment has made us one of the most successful and fastest growing recruitment businesses in the world.
With a clearly defined career path for each consultant you'll start your training building your knowledge by assisting the Recruitment Team in the sourcing and headhunting of candidates within your defined marketplace.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree with solid GPA - min 3.0
-1-2 years sales experience preferred
-Exceptional communication skills
-Motivated by targets
-The drive and determination to succeed in a challenging sales environment
Your responsibilities as a trainee:
- Creating a network of candidates from a variety of sources including advertising, job boards, professional networking sites and our internal database
- Developing relationships with existing and new candidates, understanding their needs and advising them on suitable opportunities market trends
- Ensuring the right candidate is put forward for the right role, thus ensuring our clients receive the quality service they expect from us
- Working very closely with senior members of the team to understand the needs of our clients
- Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure a sale the placement of your candidate!
-Completing our 100 point training plan in order to become a qualified consultant
