Junior Firmware Engineer Requited - Thames Valley

An exciting client based in the Thames Valley are are currently recruiting for a firmware engineer to join their team on a 3 month contract basis. there will be the chance to go permanent at the end of the contract.

Our client is a Thames Valley based start up that develop robotic products for use in a variety of applications. They are getting a lot of interest in their products and as a result expect to aggressively expand in the coming months and years.

Requirements:

+ Around 2-3 years commercial experience with Embedded C
+ Experience with C++
+ Experience working with PIC microcontrollers
+ Experience working with any real time operating system
+ Experience with communication protocols

Nice to haves:

+ Experience with robotic products
+ Experience with dealing directly with customers and discussing requirements
+ Experience working in a project based, deadline driven environment

The contract will run for 3 months and you can go permanent at the end.
