Junior Financial Analyst

Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is looking for a JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST to support their finance department. The JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST will work at oru client in belgium for at least 1 year.

Scope of work:

- Support Finance Partners and operations central finance team with regular report preparation, data analysis and FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
- Provide basic ad-hoc FINANCIAL ANALYSIS and other financial support
- Perform and validate pre-closing checks
- Perform monthly manufacturing closing
- Prepare and validate monthly accruals
- Responsible to perform and coordinate daily costing activities
- Coordinate the annual SPC process
- Ensure continuous master data integrity for costing and reporting
- Liaise with central finance for reporting and process improvements
- Prepare monthly volume, headcount and other recurring reporting for GSK and external
- Support financial analysts and finance partner with data analysis
- Be able to provide finance partnering support for some support functions

Requirements:

- Degree/Universty degree in ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE with specialization in ACCOUNTING, CONTROLLING, GENERAL FINANCE OR MANUFACTURING ACCOUNTING
- The person could have a first job experience having an introduction to statutory or managerial accounting but this is not a requisite should the person with right personal and educational qualifications apply.
- 0-5 years of experience
