Junior (5 years experience) Finance Transition Manager - Paris - 6 month contract - Start ASAP

Must speak fluent French and English. 

Must have experience working with shared service centres (SSC).

Manage and take accountability for delivering process transition projects according to customers' needs and projects ambition following the clients strategy

Responsible of the coherence of the deliverables with key stakeholders such as COE, process owners, local finance, roll in managers, change manager, solution teams and business case design orientation

Identify risks within the delivering of the Transition and evaluate options for minimising them

Ensure that Transition project's documentation such as transition deck, governance framework, TOR, MSA, SLA including KPIs, transfer capture/knowledge tracker, accreditation, go live tollgate report is prepared and kept up to date at each relevant step of the transition and that the agreed quality standards have been met

Drive convergence and continuous improvement through the Transition and ensure delivery of productivity gains in accordance with business case

Manage the customer relationship throughout the project and ensure continuous reporting (progress & risk issue & dependencies, action plan deviations ) including preparation of programme/steering committee

Responsible for planning monitoring and escalating any relevant discrepancy with the forecast to the head of Financial transition as soon as he/she anticipates them to occur
