Junior Field Engineer.

We are looking for a motivated young professional, a Field Engineer in the Netherlands, who is ready to gain more experience in his/her profession.

Duties & Responsibilities
Cost awareness troubleshooting
Trouble logging for product improvement
Updating customer records systems, work instructions and transfer documents, according to the established procedures and documentation resources, in order to guarantee correct and up-to-date documentation necessary for the execution of PLAN, BUILD & RUN activities.
Participation in various projects with which Field Operations has an interface, with these added values: unique operational network knowledge plus detailed operational customer network knowledge.

Field engineers are (partly) responsible for planning and preparation of subprojects. Field engineers contribute to projects in areas of: project knowledge, technical system and configuration knowledge, local resources in implementation projects, maintenance and project configuration administration. Provides on request and own initiative technical advice and information to make well underpinned decisions on maintenance, testing and investment. Build-acceptance, configuration, optimization, testing and acceptance of new network elements, within the design frameworks applicable thereto and in accordance with the applicable change management procedures in order to implement new network elements with the least possible disruption of network availability. Troubleshooting and make suggestions for improvement in line with internal and external policies, in order to achieve optimal improvement of the network of diverse customers so that tasks are sustainable and efficiently executed. Ensure the registration of failures and other maintenance work on the networks in collaboration with Back Office and Supervisor to contribute to product improvement for customers and internal process improvement.

Candidate Skills & Requirements
LBO + working and thinking level technical knowledge
Good communication skills
Performing work on or resolve technical problems and tasks
Assist Experienced or Senior engineer when necessary
Fluency in English, Dutch language knowledge is a plus
Driving licence B VCA, climbing experience
