JUNIOR DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER - BELGIUM
My client based in the Antwerp region of Belgium are currently looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join their team on 12 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity in a well known international company.
PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The project is to work on a professional Internet portal for Healthcare Professionals. It is the one-stop DIGITAL shop for customers with a keen focus on the particular needs of each therapeutic area.
THE JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER WILL WORK CLOSELY TOGETHER WITH THE IT LEAD.
YOUR SET OF TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
-Ensure proper documentation of all features:
Drupal user manuals.
-Creation of localization kit for the Operating Companies (OpCo).
-Reviewing and prioritize change requests, coming from OpCos around the EMEA region.
-Track project status of localizations and collaborating with all OpCos to ensure a smooth rollout across EMEA.
-Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met.
YOUR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Technical writing skills to write proper requirements documents.
-Experience working with Web Content Management Systems. Drupal knowledge is preferred.
YOUR NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Passionate about web technologies and DIGITAL.
-Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
-Strong partnering skills to interface with local IT resources across the EMEA region.
-Project management experience (plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.).
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Quick learner, motivated self-starter. Language Proficiencies
-Excellent written and spoken English.
