JUNIOR DEVELOPER - LINUX, JAVA, APACHE, JBOSS, ORACLE 11

On behalf of my client who is a Global SI with a t/o in excess of $6bn, GIOS Technology are looking to support them at a local level in Prague for a Junior Developer on Linux Java platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards. (1.) Documentation work (2.) To develop the codes for the project as per work assignation. (3.) To maintain the existing project and resolving the issues occurring in the existing project. (4.) To work upon the new requests raised by the client and develop those features.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

1 - 2 years' experience in engineering solutions on Linux Java platforms.
Familiarity with Apache, JBOSS and Oracle 11 technologies.
Familiarity with Release Management, Problem and Incident Management, Software Development Life Cycle best practices and project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
Familiarity with engineering cloud-based solutions and services.
Confident self-starter who is organized and is able to manage a number of competing priorities. 
Have familiarity with web services/JSON and IOS technology.
Have familiarity with security best practices as well as knowledge of AD and LDAP technologies.
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to work in team setting with a globally diverse group.
Demonstrated ability to balance competing project needs.
