My market leading client is a world leader within the aerospace industry and requires a Junior Design Engineer for a 6 month period to help out with offshore projects. You will be required to package engineering documents for offshore design projects so that the design teams can access relevant data for new product development. You will need to have experience in preparation and control of 2D and 3D CAD data in Solidworks. You will be an integral part of a team that consists of the Design Lead, Engineering Manager, Project Manager and onshore and offshore design teams.
Experience:
Document Control/Controller
Technical Engineering
Solidworks 2D and 3D
Awareness of NPI techniques
PLM
PDM
Teamcentre/Sharepoint/Smarteam
Extra Information:
Rate - £30-35p/h
Location - Hampshire
Length - 6 months
