-Perform database quality analysis
-Based on clear governance, proceed CRM Database pruning
-Interface with IT to ensure data integrity BSI CRM vs Data Providers
-Interface with Business Key Account Management to evaluate best “customer merge” options
-Introduce “Mother Company” layer to group companies of same social reason
-Check and fix data consistence on account allocation by KAM and Segmentation in the CRM systems (BSI vs Clarify)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-ETH education or equivalent level
-Profound expertise in Excel & database treatment tools
-Good analytical skills
-At ease with communicating and interfacing with other departments
-Good level of independency
-Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
