For one of our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a JUNIOR DATA ANALYSIS EXPERT.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in JANUARY UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR with extension possibilities.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You as a Junior Data Analysis Expert, will be analysing large amounts sensor data collected from smartphones and other wearables in clinical trials to discover digital biomarkers required to assess drug efficacy.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of experience with analysing big data sets, data visualization (former engineering experience as well as technical know-how shown in the last projects)
- Experience with software development and big data infrastructures
- Experience with analysing biomechanical and sensor data desirable
- Profound knowledge in PYTHON, R, MATLAB or similar software packages/languages
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with clinical studies
