For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a
JUNIOR DATA ADMINISTRATOR
This is a role on the cross-divisional Requisition to Receipt project (xR2R), which aims to implement a global SAP SRM system through solution define, design, build and test.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The project is currently in the testing phase. To support this phase, a test management system called HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Manager) is used, in which user requirements, solutions, functional/design specifications and test scripts are captured and managed.
Main tasks:
- Make data updates to the solution statements
- Maintain the linkage between Solution statements and functional specification statements to ensure traceability
- Perform data quality checks in the functional specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with office applications like Excel.
- Being able to work in a detailed manner and handle larger volumes of data.
- English spoken and written.
- Enjoying working in an international project team.
Start: 09.11.2015
Duration: 10 days
