Junior CRO Outsourcing Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management and coordination of the process leading to the selection of the CROs to which the projects managed by the Corporate Clinical Development Department will be outsourced, including identification of potential candidates, preparation of request for proposals, proposal assessment, contractual aspects etc.
-Management of contract negotiations with the selected CROs in strict collaboration with the internal Legal and Financial Divisions as well as with all the other functions of the Clinical Development Department
-Management of legal/administrative documents needed for Clinical trial submissions to Ethic Committees and competent authorities and/or sites activation such as agreements with sites and PIs, Powers of Attorney, Letters of Indemnity etc.
-Main interactions with CROs and other providers of clinical trial services, organisation and maintenance of CROs database

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor and/or Master with pharmaceutical background
-Experience in outsourcing management (from a scientific point of view)
-Experience in managing scientific technical aspects and working on internal legal guidelines
-Fluency in English, good language skills in Italian
-Good organisational skills
