JUNIOR COMMERCIAL SALES SUPPORT REP - IRELAND (6 MONTH CONTRACT)
DUBLIN (IRELAND)
START DATE: ASAP
My Client, a global Network Security company, is currently looking for a Commercial Sales Support Representative.
The Commercial Sales Support Representative will be responsible for supporting the channel and the Distributor requests in EMEA with queries, access to the partner portal, new special pricing requests to support the Juniper Commercial model for partner led deals.
AS THE JUNIOR COMMERCIAL SALES SUPPORT REP YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Creating New Accounts
- Creating run rate Opportunities
- Creating run rate and sales Quote
- Managing Existing Quotes
- Reviewing Orders and follow up on shipments
- Cover ad hoc transactions in the sales tool for account managers on holidays or travelling
- Liaise with the partner and the PAMs in EMEA for partner led opportunities
- Look after ORS pipeline cleansing
- Liaise with Order Management, Deal Desk and CRM team for timely resolution of sales urgent quotes/orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for accuracy and detail
- Be able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload
- Must have the capability to manage high number of transactions in a CRM tool within defined time frames
- Exposure in a similar position preferable in a sales environment within EMEA but not necessary
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
- Exposure of Siebel and SFDC would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be given
- Must have good Excel skills
