A leading consultancy with top tier clients is urgently seeking a Junior Cognos Reporting Analyst. This position will be an initial 6 month contract with a Sydney based location. It will allow you to gain experience on large successful projects and has the potential to open doors to a vast range of further opportunities within a large consultancy.

As the successful consultant you will be required to

- Create, modify and de-bug Cognos reports using Cognos 8.4 which will support the Operations and Business Office teams.
- Generate reports using a Microsoft Access Tool (PDART)
- Translate data to IBM's ETL tool DataStage

Skills necessary include:

- 1 year developing Cognos reports on Report Studio and Framework packages with Cognos 8.4 or higher
- 2 years experience with DataStage, developing, modifying and de-bugging ETL jobs
- 1 year using SQL scripts, preferably DB2 focussed
- 2 years experience programming, preferably VBA on MS Access
- Knowledge of PgMS suite of processes is a bonus
