The successful Junior to Medior level Clinical Study/Trial Manager will need the following to be a success:

* Good personality, communicator, team fit
* Confident, can lead a team, flexible

* Experience and comfortable with translating, understanding and documenting protocols/requirements & potential changes/amendments
* Good R&D knowledge
