We launched a major initiative towards the renewal of its Public Site being a strategic arm of its global digital strategy. Public Site is probably the most
critical area for the years to come especially considering the digital strategy defined over the last months and the need to use digital channels as key communication
supporting tool for servicing and selling.
Beside strategy, concept elaboration, development and content management aspects, Change Management is a key stream as it will ensure that both internal
and external customers are in the best condition to make use of our new channel.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
° Preparing training material for external and internal customers
° Setting-up training sessions
° Elaborate a "continuous process improvement approach"
° Facilitating the definition and the way to implement a new organization in line with the newly defined digital offering
° Documenting an investment plan for reaching the right organization
° Reviewing all internal processes and notes impacted by the renewal of a Public Site
° Identifying and defining new processes required to support the organization
° Interacting with internal contributors assigned to Change Management activities
° Reporting to Change Manager Lead

Typical deliverables:
° Handover and training for client services/incident management etc.
° Communications to Client Services and the Branches
° Analyse and update all relevant processes where necessary
° Plan the pilot implementation and high-level roll-out plan
° Organizational Map and detailed Skills heat maps
° Internal change management plan
° Weekly advancement report

Education
- Master's degree (preference for economics, engineering or finance)
- Complementary diplomas will be considered as experience

English Very good

Experience
3 years of experience.
Experience in Business modelling and/or process re-engineering
Experience in Strategy to easily understand digital strategy and detail it plus derive impacts on the organization
