Junior Change Management Consultant - Contract

I am currently looking for a JUNIOR change management consultant, details are as listed below.

As a Junior Change Management consultant, you assist your team lead with in guiding end-users through the change management process, by assuring that adequate training and communication material is present and produced in time at the right quality. You are capable of delivering presentations and training sessions to selected audiences, you assist your team lead with the follow-up of test scenarios for acceptance testing.

People Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the project manager you are assigned to.
- Reporting to the Change Management Team Lead for quality assurance and process support.
- Team player skills.
- Proactive verbal and written communicator skills, including good, active listening skills.

Skills:
- Basic knowledge within the domain of change management
- Basic experience in making of education material and documentation.
- Basic in giving presentations and trainings.

Languages:
- Dutch
- French

Rate:
- Up to €400 per day all inclusive

Start:
- 01/06/2013

Location:
- Brussels

Duration:
- 3 months + long term ext
