Junior Business Process Analyst (French/English)

Mission
The Business Process Management Team main goal is to support the design and implementation of an efficient and effective Energy Management Trading (EMT) organization through a continuous analysis, monitoring and improvement of key processes. This way all the Process Owners (PO) team's responsibilities vis-à-vis each other are clear.

A second key aspect is to make sure the PO's talk to one another by confronting them about each other's expectations.
It is not as such the responsibility of OTR Team when a process does not work. It is however when something fails in the case a process was not well described.

The team makes usage of the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to deliver crucial input in order to:
- Translate EMT strategic vision into operational process objectives
- Perform hands-on process analysis
- Anchor a continuous improvement culture in the organization

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting the Process Owner for process analysis/review
- In this process, assure quality and coherence
- Deploy, maintain and populate CIP methodology
- Help the organization work toward Process Excellence
- Perform specific assessment related to the business processes/organizations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support in building/reviewing OTR roadmap, governance, methodology, communication
- Give strong support to ensure transversal view and consistency with other processes, and share improvement with linked processes
- Drive change and process management to facilitate the implementation of EMT organization
