Job Description:
1. Business Analysis
a. Collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and data sources.
b. Work with business to translate the business needs into clearly documented detailed requirements and functional specifications.
c. Assess operational impact of technology changes.
2. Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Other Skills: Reinsurance industry experience is a must, with a good understanding of the terminology, business functions and processes.
Good experience in business analysis, requirements definition, business architecture and process modelling.
