Junior Business Analyst - Reporting/MS Access (4975)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - REPORTING/MS ACCESS (4975).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- PROJECT EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST, PREFERABLY WITHIN THE BANKING INDUSTRY
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT ACCESS/VBA
- Basic bank products understanding (eg structured products) and regulatory experience (US Withholding taxes) are a benefit
- Used to interact with senior stakeholders
- Analytical way of thinking, striving to improve existing processes/activities
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH; GERMAN IS A BIG PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support certain manual activities of the 871m US withholding tax program
- Preparation of product-related data for submission to SIX
- Support reporting related tasks: especially beginning of the year (Q1) there is a significant workload expected due to a reporting that needs to be prepared for the US tax authority IRS and certain eligible clients
- Diligently analyze the manual activities in order to achieve automation of the manual activities as described above (where possible)
