Junior Business Analyst/IT Requirements Engineer

IT Requirements Engineers collect, analyze and document defined requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders from different specialists/or Market areas.
Assist senior analysts in all operational tasks in the area of requirements Engineering.
They advise the stakeholders at the implementation of technical requirements and bring about the clarification of substantive issues (eg through workshops)
Set agile methods and tools in daily business operations and compliance with the requirements defined processes proactively to one or they stand in close coordination with the technical implementation as well as the test and act active in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement of with requirements.
Through their skills in the areas of analysis, quality assurance and engineering they are thematic and
cross-sectoral applications.

Knowledge and skills

Certification of IREB, IIBA or equivalent
Requirements analysis and requirements documentation available
IT - oriented education at university/FH - level or equivalent years of relevant experience
Knowledge in quality assurance are available
Experiences of agile software development, and work with agile teams
Knowledge of common analysis methods -and- tools and various Review-techniques
Experience in methods of software quality assurance
Pronounced analytical skills
High accuracy, independence and teamwork
Pronounced social skills, especially in dealing with stakeholders
Excellent moderation and presentation skills
Experience in the use of typical tools (list of preferred tools, alternatively equivalent tools):
o HP ALM
o MS Project
o SharePoint
