Junior Business Analyst

Voor een van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Business Analyst die per direct/op kort temijn beschikbaar is voor een nieuwe uitdagende opdracht/BAAN bij onze klant in Assen.

POSITION DESCRIPTION - SPECIAL CHALLENGES:
. Gain detailed knowledge of workflows and associated applications by embedding in the business process.
. Map and explain the workflows and the role of the applications and identify pain points.
. Define and manage workflow projects with agreed improvement staircase, timescale and metrics.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
. Experience of Business Analysis in a rapidly changing business landscape is required.
. Experience of Applications, Workflow Mapping, data management, data quality, information Management and records management is required.
. Microsoft CRM experience.
