You shall be responsible for ensuring that the status of tasks being undertaken is communicated to the service delivery manager througha weekly status report.
Knowledge and experience required:
* Good planning, organisation and time management skills
* Ability to plan and organise workload, taking into account relative priorities
* Effective communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
* Strong verbal, written communication and relationship management skills
* Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow them through to resolution accurately and in a timely manner
* Good technical lnowledge of IT systems supporting the Customer Group business
