Junior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide Business Analysis support for project initiatives related to key platforms working with project managers, project team members, scientists, business partners and business sponsors.
- Business Analysis support includes customer requirements analysis, documentation life cycle and change management, design input and validation against requirements, and test development and execution.
- Work closely with Business Technology, Project Manager, project team members, Senior Business Analyst and Quality Compliance representatives on the development and delivery of critical System Development Lifecycle deliverables (ie Testing Plans, UAT scripts, Design Documents etc.) for each of the project initiatives.
- Update and manage all modifications to project deliverables ensuring the appropriate versioning and approval of documents over the project life cycle.
- Build, validate and update diagrams, models and other artifacts to describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure, business area context and/or system requirements.

SKILLS

- Analytical Skills, Business Process Management required.
- Bachelor's degree required; Previous experience in project level business analysis; Strong skills in oral and written communication.
- Experience with Lab Informatics Platforms (LabWare Laboratory Information System, IDBS Electronic Laboratory Notebook) a plus.
- Enterprise Life Cycle concepts; Understanding of Business Analysis Tools and processes, techniques for documenting and communicating including but not limited to process modelling, conceptual data modelling, use cases and wire frames.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Pharmaceutical experience desired.
