Junior Business Analyst

As part of ongoing cash management and liquidity initiatives an opening has arisen for a Junior Business Analyst. The Junior Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a global project alongside some of the industry's top functional and technical experts.

Working within a key business area for one of the region's leading banks the Business Analyst will be able to apply their skills and personality to Cash Management and Liquidity projects across the Asia Pacific region.

You will have the opportunity to work with leading business professionals across a number of initiatives whilst gaining excellent exposure to regional business teams, technology teams and senior management. It is an excellent opportunity to capitalize on your people skills and desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Undertake feasibility studies, business requirement gathering, impact/gap analysis and scenario planning
- Manage business analysis activities in line with project schedule
- Co-ordinate and undertake the acquisition and analysis of the data to identify business issues and opportunities as required
- Manage provision of high quality detailed analysis, design and build processes to improve operational efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong rapport building skills
- A strong ability to gather business requirements and to create business requirements documentation (BRD)
- An understanding of Change Management principles, within a banking environment
- A proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
- A proven track record in being able to learn and develop quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are IMPERATIVE. A tertiary qualification in a relevant finance field is highly advantageous.Ikas International Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
