Junior Bid/Proposal Consultant

Junior Bid/Proposal Consultant required for a leading global defence company based in Farnborough.

MAIN DAY TO DAY DUTIES:- - Delivering proposals and bids within challenging timescales and budget which meet the customer requirements
- Lead and influence Bid Teams from start to finish
- Deliver bids using the Life Cycle Management processes
- Working with internal technical engineering and project management resources to clarify requirements and prepare proposals
- Ensure all proposals are in accordance with internal governance and safety policies

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:- - Recent Graduate Degree of 2-3 years experience in Bids or proposals coordination
- Strong Communication and leadership skills
- Good organisation and IT skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS:- - Good editorial skills
- Ability to improve chances of creating a winning proposal by working with technical and sales staff to determine key selling points
- Previous engineering experience or experience within a technology company of related degree
- Sc Clearance
