Next Ventures are currently hiring for a Junior Backup and Storage Administrator to join a long term contract position based in Luxembourg.
Essential Duties and responsibilities - Prepare and send morning report to the customer concerning the good health of the backup and NAS infrastructures.
Analysis and resolution of daily backup issues working with Help Desk Ticket System.
Monitoring, analysis and Escalation of critical incidents to the support and colleagues.
Ability to work with customers and maintain a professional attitude and provide good customer service.
Participate in on-call rotation support and be flexible in availability as needed
